The first stage in the process is to understand and define your specific requirements; this will be in the form of an exploratory meeting before a project initiation document (PID) can be drafted. Where a team is required for a specific project, budget(s) and return on investment (ROI) will be agreed in advance.

We will source the team(s) to meet the requirements and assign a commercial and technical account lead to ensure consistency. This approach ensures the project is delivered on time and within budget, and reinforces our commitment to collaboration. 

Project Based Teams

For project based work it may be appropriate for you to contract a complete team, comprising of a variety of complimentary skills. In our experience it is far more beneficial to take a group that has worked together previously as this provides you with an effective team that can ‘hit the ground running’.
