During the last eleven years we
have developed a methodology known as ProjectBoard™.
This methodology
delivers an integration of proven lean and six sigma toolsets with a culture of
maximising human capital for the delivery of competitive advantage.
Because of the
specialised nature of this offering to service based industries, peoplewwware have formed a joint venture with AIM
Ltd, who have over 20 years experience in delivering Lean and six sigma
methodologies in the automotive and aerospace industries.
For
the first time this programme uniquely links these methodologies for the benefit
of companies outside the traditional automotive and aerospace
industries.
ProjectBoard™ is also supported by
a number of cloud based tools, which have been
developed at the request of our customers.
ProjectBoard™ ATS is an excellent example
of how our technical development is supporting the prime methodology.
We have now formed a second joint
venture with Psycle Interactive
Ltd to develop and support the ProjectBoard™ ATS and all of our future knowledge
based software developments.
