Since our formation in 2001, we have been working with a growing number of companies to assist them in maximising their business opportunities, by providing strategic business consultancy services.

Our work with major companies throughout Europe has involved us in supplying skills and expertise within the areas of customer relationship management, change management, project management, collaboration, risk assessment and management, compliance, internal and external communication and corporate governance. From this we have developed a change management 'methodology' process called ProjectBoard ™, which assists companies in the following areas:

We have a core management team with extensive business consultancy and industry specific experience, both at board level and working at regional or site level. Our associate team extends our capabilities to up to 50 consultants, engaged throughout the UK and Europe.
