Joint Ventures

We are currently engaged in two major international joint ventures:-

Assess Improve Measure Ltd

To enhance our Lean offering we have formed a Joint Venture with AIM Ltd, who have over twenty years experience in delivering Lean and six sigma methodologies in the automotive and aerospace industries. Our new programme which layers Lean into an environemt of maximising Human Capital, through engaging staff, innovation and continuous improvement, is specifically designed for service industry companies. For the first time this programme uniquely links these methodologies for the benefit of companies outside the traditional automotive and aerospace industries.

ProjectBoard Ltd

Late in 2011 we formed a Joint Venture company with Psycle Interactive Ltd to develop and market our highly acclaimed and proven Action Tracking System.

ProjectBoard^™ ATS was originally developed four years ago for Karachaganak Project Developments Ltd (KPDL) in Kazakhstan to control their actions resulting from project delivery in the oil & gas business.

The system was subsequently enhanced for Queensland Gas Corporation (QGC), Brisbane, for exclusively controlling the actions from their QCLNG project.

2012 will see the release of v2.0 of ATS with many additions and enhancements, the major ones of which are:-

• Real time, live processing to facilitate synchronisation of remote workers
• A fully integrated BI tool for drill down and through reporting capability
• Open source technology for synchronisation with PDA's, tablets and smart-phones
